レイトチェックイン時のキーボックスについて

大変申し訳ございませんが、対面によるチェックイン対応は、午後3時から午後5時までとなり、それ以降は終了させていただきます。

午後5時以降に到着予定の方は、予めレイトチェックインをご予約下さい。

※パスコードは事前にメッセージにてお送りしています。

We sincerely apologize, but in-person check-in is available only between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM; service ends after that time.

If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please book a late check-in in advance. *The access code will be sent to you via message beforehand.

【キーボックスの場所　/　Key box location】

二か所あります。

入口看板の横の扉のドアノブに掛けておきます。We will hang it on the knob of this door.

または、or

1階の洗濯機横の物干しざおの左手に掛けておきます。どちらかです。It is placed next to the washing machine on the first floor, to the left of the clothes drying rod. The key box is located in one of these two spots.

【キーボックスの開け方／How to open a key box】

パスコードを上から、印に沿って、ダイヤルを回してください。Please turn the dial, starting from the top and following the marks, to dial the passcode.

左上のスライドバーを右にスライドしつつ、フタを開けます。Slide the slider at the top left to the right while opening the lid.

このように、左側にフタが開きます。As shown here, the lid opens to the left.

中に水色のキーホルダーのついた、鍵が入っています。そのキーホルダーに書かれた番号が、あなたのお部屋です。

鍵を取り出したら、フタを元に戻し、ランダムな番号に回して施錠してください。

Inside, you will find a key attached to a light blue keychain. The number written on the keychain corresponds to your room.

After removing the key, please put the lid back in place and scramble the numbers to lock it.
