受付フロント終了後にご到着のお客様へ
The reception desk closes at 5:00 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you arrive after this time, please complete your check-in using the self-service key box.
キーボックスが置いてある場所は以下となります。
The key box is located at the following place.
このボックスの中に客室の鍵が入っております。(ボックスの形は異なる場合がございます)

お客様のボックス暗証番号は別途メールにて送信されます。（通常宿泊前1週間を切ってからメールを送信致します。＊日程が近い方などはご予約確定メール時にお伝えする場合もございます）
Key box password will be sent by message to you in advance.
その番号に左からダイヤルを合わせていただき、ボックス前面のフタを手前に少し引っぱって下さい。ボックスは上部から開くようになっています。
Please align the dial with that number, then pull the front cover of the box slightly toward you; the box is designed to open from the top.
※ふたはパスコードを合わせても自動では、開きません。
パスコードを合わせたらキーボックス自体を支えて頂き、前面のフタを自分で手前に引っ張ってください。
※The lid does not open automatically, even after entering the correct passcode.
Once the passcode is set, please hold the key box steady and manually pull the front lid toward you.
After removing the key, put the cover back on, set it to your desired combination, and close it.
Your room number is written on the key.
なお、客室設備の使い方はテーブルの上に置いてある「客室のご案内」冊子を一番最初によくお読みください。
